Focusing on agility and flexibility, you will be exposed to functional movements and basic tumbling like Somersaults and Hand Springs.

Improve your strength, flexibility, core stability, handstand ability and basic tumbling in our focussed 1hr sessions distributed across the week! Great introduction to gymnastics or 1hr all around workout with a twist!

One on One or Group Training Sessions with any of our elite coaches can be made by appointment. These sessions are tailored 100% to your needs and goals whether a beginner to gymnastics, current competitive MAG/WAG gymnast or you wish to compliment training in another sport or discipline!

Sports Cross Training
